Long Melford

In amongst some clearing out in view of unpacking possibilities, and re-registering with a doctor following a rogue back pain, Mum and I took ourselves to the beautiful village of Long Melford on Thursday for a traditional pub lunch. Satisfied by the '2 for £10' meals, we took a look around the attractive gift shops on the pretext of finding a pretty walking stick for my grandmother (though unfortunately to no avail). The clouds looked a little ominous, but the weather has appreciatively been on its best behaviour this week.
